WHEN DO EMPLOYERS REQUEST OUR ASSISTANCE?
- Immediately following a worksite incident/accident;
- When determining whether Cal/OSHA must be notified of an injury/illness;
- When a Cal/OSHA compliance or criminal investigator appears at the accident site;
- When Cal/OSHA serves the employer with a Document Request Sheet;
- When Cal/OSHA serves the employer with notification that a “serious” citation will be issued (Cal/OSHA 1BY form);
- When citations are issued and the employer wishes to discuss whether Appeals should be filed;
